Dahr el-Baydar road cut off

Dahr Baydar road is still cut off in both directions whereas Tarshish-Zahle road, Oyoun Siman-Hadath Baalbek roads and Qalamoun Highway are still open, Traffic Management Center said.

A four hour closure of Qalamoun highway

A 4-hour closure between 12:00 - 15:00 p.m. has been decided by families of the kidnapped soldiers, the Traffic management Control (TMC) announced.

All traffic will be rerouted during the protest to the seaside road, the TMC said.

Halba- Qoubayat road in Akkar was blocked by cars for some time on Wednesday morning in support of the captured Army soldiers and their relatives.
The protesters demanded the release of the captives before Adha Eid.

Relatives of the abducted Lebanese soldier Ibrahim Samir Mgheit cut off on Monday Qalamoun international and maritime highway.
The brother of the kidnapped soldier said that the road will be reopened at 9;00 a.m. and they will take escalatory measures in case failure to release all the captured soldiers.

Family member of the kidnapped soldier Abbas Mshayk, have blocked Ouyoun as-Seeman highway to traffic by setting old tires alight.
The protesters also raised earthen obstacles to render the highway impassable.
