Relatives of the abducted Lebanese soldier Ibrahim Samir Mgheit cut off on Monday Qalamoun international and maritime highway.
The brother of the kidnapped soldier said that the road will be reopened at 9;00 a.m. and they will take escalatory measures in case failure to release all the captured soldiers.
