Army tosses light bombs over Wady al Raayan and Rahweh

The Lebanese Army tossed on Tuesday light bombs over Wady al Raayan and Rahweh from its posts in Arsal terrains.

The bombs targeted terrorists' movements in these two regions.

Preventive operations for Army on militants' positions in Arsal outskirts

The Lebanese Army executed on Monday night preventive operations on the militants positions in Arsal's outskirts and Qalamoun, NNA field reporter said.

Warplanes and helicopters were used during the military operations which resulted in the fall of dead among the militants' ranks.

The Army prevented the wounded from entering Arsal.

One injured in bomb explosion in Arsal

The Lebanese Army Command - Orientation Directorate issued on Monday a statement reporting that a heavy sound was heard in Arsal at 18:30, resulting from a bomb that blew off in a 4X4 silver GMC vehicle. "The bomb caused the injury of Hassan Ezeddine," the statement reported, affirming ongoing investigations to reveal incidents' facts.

Army targets locations for armed militants in Arsal outskirts

Car bomb in Arsal wounds number of people

A booby-trapped car on Monday evening exploded near the grand mosque and the municipal building in Arsal causing a number of injuries, according to NNA field reporter in Bekaa.

Army tightens security measures in desolate area of Arsal

The Army tightened its security procedures in the desolate area of Arsal, preventing any ascending and descending from or toward the insurgents' positions in the mountain, as reported by the NNA correspondent. Families now let traffic through Qalamoun highway

Families protesting continued kidnapping of their sons by Nusra gunmen, have decided to let through traffic on Qalamoun highway, NNA Field reporters just said.

The seafront road closed by them for the past couple of days now witnesses a normal traffic flow into the north, the same reporters concluded.

Moghayt clan members close Tripoli highway to traffic

Members of Moghayt clan have closed Tripoli highway to traffic in protest against continued kidnapping of their son by the armed gunmen, NNA field reporters said. Traffic between Beirut and Tripoli grinded into a complete halt, the same reporters concluded.
