A number of young men ventured into cutting-off Riyaq-Baalbek Highway Saturday evening using burning tires, in protest against the continued soldiers' abduction.

Family of abducted soldier block international road between Tripoli, Beirut

The relatives of abducted soldier, Ibrahim Moghyet, cut-off the international road linking Tripoli to Beirut and diverted traffic to the sea road, leading to stifling traffic.
The demonstrators asserted that the road will remain blocked till six in the evening.

Army arrests four Nusra Front militants in Arsal

The Lebanese Army winded up its raids in Arsal and arrested tens of Lebanese and Syrian men who had earlier attacked its units in the surroundings of contingent 83. Four of the arrested men are affiliated to Nusra Front.

One killed, two wounded in attempt to burn Syrian refugee camps in Arsal

While the Lebanese Army was raiding camps of Syrian refugees in search for wanted individuals in Arsal, three members on a motorcycle tried to burn a Syrian camp next to the first one. The Army immediatly opened fire on them killing one person and injuring two others.

A number of young men cut off the international highway at Dahr Wahesh in Aley in both directions near the residence of MP Talal Arslan, in solidarity with the families of the kidnapped soldiers.
