لم يمر بهدوء اعتصام حملة "بدنا نحاسب" أمام مبنى التفتيش المركزي في الحمرا أمس، بل تخلله صدام محدود مع قوى الأمن إثر محاولة بعض الشبان نصب خيمة صغيرة أمام المبنى لإعلان خطوات تصعيدية "بعد استنفاد الطرق القانونية لمواجهة الفساد"، على ما ذكرت الحملة.
وحاول عدد من ناشطي الحملة دخول المبنى لسؤال قلم الهيئة عن الطلبات الرسمية التي تقدّم بها محامو الحملة للمراجعة في قضايا فساد ومعرفة تواريخ تحويل هذه الطلبات، ولكن القوى الأمنية منعتهم وحصل تدافع ادى الى حالات إغماء بين الناشطين.
وتزامن الاعتصام مع انعقاد جلسة الحكومة، بهدف الضغط لانعقاد هيئة التفتيش المركزي والضغط على رئيسها الذي لم يدع الى عقد جلسة منذ عام، على ما قال ناشطون، مطالبين بالمحافظة على المال العام.
وطرحت الحملة في بيان أعلنته خلال الاعتصام أسئلة منها: "أين ملفات التفتيش التي تم تحويلها على القضاء، وكيف يتقاضى رئيس التفتيش المركزي مكافآت مالية تحت عناوين لا يستحقها، ولماذا يصر على عدم دعوة هيئة التفتيش إلى الانعقاد؟"، وشدد البيان على أن " السلطة تريد سرقة المال العام من دون حسيب ولا رقيب".
وطالبت الحملة بـ"منع أي صفقة ما لم تمر بإدارة المناقصات، ودعوة هيئة التفتيش المركزي إلى الانعقاد"، وأضافت أنها في حال عدم التجاوب ستطالب رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام بدعوة هيئة التفتيش إلى الانعقاد و"تحويل ملف الفساد على النيابات العامة المختصة فضلا عن ملاحقة رئيس التفتيش بالتقصير لعدم دعوة الهيئة إلى الانعقاد لمدة عام كامل، وأيضا اطلاع الرأي العام على ملفات الفساد التي أحيلت على القضاء". وأكدت الحملة أن هذا النداء هو الأخير لكي تقوم المؤسسات بدورها واضافت "يا ويلكم من غضب الشعب". وأعلنت الناشطة في الحملة نعمت بدر الدين نصب خيم في ساحة التفتيش المركزي وإبقاء الاعتصام مفتوحا على أن تحدد لاحقاً الخطوات التصعيدية.

نفذت حملة “بدنا نحاسب” وقفة تضامنيّة أمام مستشفى الجامعة الأميركيّة، تضامناً مع الناشطة مايا مالكاني التي كانت قد أصيبت جراء تعرّضها للضرب من ‫موظفي شركة “سوكلين” اثناء تظاهرة للحملة أمس أمام الشركة في الكرنتينا‬.

لم تكن محاولة نزع الأسلاك الشائكة بهدف الوصول إلى مجلس النواب، الدافع لاعتقال أحد أبرز الوجوه الناشطة في حملة "طلعت ريحتكم" أسعد ذبيان اليوم الثلاثاء. ولا الدعوى التي رفعها ضده نائب كتلة "التغيير والإصلاح" زياد أسود، بتهمة "قدح وذم وتحقير الدين" السبب في ذلك أيضاً. اعتقل الشاب هذه المرة بتهمة "تحقير العلم اللبناني".
عند الساعة الواحدة ظهراً وبالتزامن مع انعقاد الجلسة الرابعة للحوار الوطني، انطلق عددٌ من الناشطين في حملة "طلعت ريحتكم" بمسيرة، لم يعلنوا عنها سابقا، من مركز الواردات في وزارة المالية باتجاه مصرف لبنان. رسموا على الطريق الطويل أسهماً بطلاءٍ أحمرٍ، مرددين: "حرروا أموال البلديات"، معبرين بذلك أنه يمكن فتح حساب للبلديات في مصرف لبنان، بشكل يساهم في تحرير أموالها من الصندوق البلدي المستقل، ويخولها البدء بمعالجة نفايات مناطقها. خلال المسيرة، مرّ المتظاهرون بالقرب من الحائط الاسمنتي الضخم المحيط بمبنى وزارة الداخلية، وهو مطليّ بألوان العلم اللبناني الأحمر والأبيض، وقد توسطت أجزاءه البيضاء "أرزات" كثيرة. اقترب ذبيان من الحائط. رفع الريشة الحمراء، وكتب وسط المساحة البيضاء في العلم عبارة "طلعت ريحتكم".http://assafir.com/Article/8/449143

Lebanese Army soldiers clashed with an unknown civilian Thursday near the American University of Beirut Medical Center in Hamra, a security source told The Daily Star.
The unidentified man reportedly blocked the road ahead of an advancing Army unit. causing soldiers to fire into the air and the assailant to flee the scene, according to the source. The state-run National News Agency reported the man was wounded and admitted to AUBMC for treatment.

On 28 Mar 15, a Syrian national accused of forging official documents was arrested by security forces. General Security forces raided an office in Hamra-Beirut where they found electronic devices and seals used in forging Syrian documents. The man behind the operation confessed during interrogations to forging documents for Syrian nationals. The suspect, who is currently in the custody of General Security, has been referred to the judicial authorities. General Security has also launched investigations to determine the identities of accomplices participating in what it described as a “forgery network” in Lebanon.

April 9, 1986: French national Michel Brillant, a teacher at the Collège Protestant, was abducted in Hamra, West Beirut. He was released four days later in the Beqaa and then transported to Damascus.

August 19, 1985: Three Lebanese executives from the Central Bank (Banque du Liban)—André Cheaib, Iskandar Dib, and Jacques Germani—were abducted. That same day Lebanese Red Cross volunteers Alfred Kettaneh Jr. and Semaan Geadah were abducted in Barbir, West Beirut, with Semaan’s uncle Kamal Gadeah.

February 5, 1983: On Caracas Street in West Beirut, a bomb equivalent to 240 kilograms of TNT exploded, killing at least 12 civilians, including three younger than 18 years old, and injuring at least 110 others; it also triggered fires in two buildings and surrounding cars. The bomb was placed in front of the Palestinian Research Institute, which temporarily housed the offices of the PLO.
