حصول اشكال على طريق نزلة المنار-ابي سمراء - طرابلس حيث اقدم المدعو أ.خ على اطلاق النار في الهواء على المدعو ع.ب وذلك على خلفية ركن سيارة دون وقوع اصابات وقد فر مطلق النار الى جهة مجهولة وقد حضرت الاجهزة الامنية وبوشرت التحقيقات
