ISF arrests two alleged robbers

The Internal Security Forces arrested two alleged robbers in Mount Lebanon late last week, a statement from the ISF media office reported Tuesday. The two Syrian nationals were arrested in the town of Deir Qoubel. During their interrogation, the suspects admitted to robbing two houses an hour before they were detained, saying that the items found with them had been obtained during the robbery.
One of them also reportedly confessed to 14 other robberies, of cafes and shops in the area, in addition to the theft of 20 motorcycles from the town of Choueifat and its suburbs.
