On 17 Dec 15, at 1300hrs, a few members from the You Stink campaign protested near the ministries of finance and telecommunications to demand the release of hundreds of millions of dollars owed to municipalities. The protest, which took place in Banks Street - Downtown - Beirut, was the second in a series of actions planned for this week to pressure the government to end the five month trash crisis.
