مجهولين أقدموا على اطلاق النار على مكتب الوزير السابق أشرفي ريفي في منطقة محرم بطرابلس فأصابوا المدعو مصطفى السمان الذي نقل الى المستشفى للمعالجة والجيش تدخل لتطويق الاشكال. يذكر ان السمان محسوب على وزير العمل محمد كبارة وكان متواجدا في مكتب ريفي لحظة وقوع الحادث.
