The victim, identified as S.A., born in 1954, was found dead in a chalet in Jounieh on November 3.
The suspect - a Syrian national - admitted to strangling the victim with his hands on October 29. After checking that she had died, the suspect placed adhesive tape over the victim’s mouth and around her hands, and stole LL20,000.
