تجدر الإشارة الى ان حمد متهم بتورطه بالاشتباكات التي حصلت اخيرا في عين الحلوة حيث قام والده بتسليمه وهو مصاب وتم وضعه في مستشفى رفيق الحريري تحت الحراسة للمعالجة الا انه تمكن من الفرار من المستشفى والدخول الى عين الحلوة
