ولفتت المعلومات الى أن " التوقيف اتى على خليفة قضية اختلاس اموال مصرف لبناني والاحتيال بقصد الاستيلاء على أمواله وتهريب ضمانات عقارية بعد الحصول على قروض بضمانتها
