"بعد الرصد والمتابعة، تمكنت المديرية العامة لأمن الدولة من توقيف اللبناني (ع.ع.) في البقاع الغربي، المطلوب بموجب مذكرة توقيف صادرة عن قاضي التحقيق في البقاع رقم 9510/595 تاريخ 29/11/2010 ومذكرة إلقاء قبض صادرة عن الهيئة الإتهامية في زحلة رقم 9510/252 تاريخ 14/4/2011 بجرم قتل، في حق رئيس اتحاد بلديات السهل أحمد الأحمد، والتي حصلت عام 2010، ومذكرتي توقيف بجرم أسلحة وتهديد، فضلا عن ست خلاصات حكم بجرم إطلاق نار وأسلحة وتخريب وتدخل في جرم قتل، وانتحال صفة عنصر أمني واستغلالها لتهديد المواطنين.
تم تنفيذ المذكرات القضائية في حق الموقوف، بناء لإشارة القضاء المختص".
