- ك. س. ( مواليد عام ١٩٧٩، لبناني) الذي اوقفته شعبة المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي، بتاريخ 20/9/2018 في محلة الدكوانة/ المكلس، للإشتباه به بجرم احتيال.
بالتحقيق معه من قبل مفرزة جديدة القضائية في وحدة الشرطة القضائية، اعترف انه يقوم باستئجار سيارات وعرضها على أحد تطبيقات التبادل التجاري باعتبارها انقاض، ثم يتقاضى من الشاري نصف ثمنها كعربون، ويتذرع انه بصدد انجاز معاملة الانقاض لها ويتوراى عن الانظار.
