أعلنت قيادة الجيش اللبناني - مديرية التوجيه، في بيان، أنّ "بتاريخه، أوقفت دورية من مديرية المخابرات، الفلسطيني محمد عبد اللطيف الطبعوني الّذي شارك بتاريخ 16 حزيران 2018 في منطقة تعلبايا – البقاع، في عملية مطاردة وصدم مجند الممدّدة خدماته شادي المحمد من عداد فوج الحدود البرية الثالث".
