On 22 Nov 15, the Internal Security Forces chased a Mercedes 500 with no plates after it didn’t stop at the Madfoun LAF checkpoint in Batroun. The driver was forced to stop on the entrance of Tripoli after the ISF fired shots towards him. The driver was arrested for stealing and transporting tires from Safra area, Kesserwen.
