Unknown men overnight shot at the house of a hospital manager in the Baalbeck area of Ras al-Ain, a security source told The Daily Star.
The house belongs to Ali Rakan Aalam, born in 1985, who manages the Amal Hospital in Baalbeck.
Aalam’s house was reportedly hit with several bullets.
Aalam did not file a formal complaint at the local ISF office, instead, the crime was recorded by an ISF patrol, the source said.
Preliminary investigations revealed that no cameras had recorded the incident.
