An anonymous shooter opened fire overnight at the residence of Abdel Rahim Zoughbi, the brother of former municipality head Zakariya Zoughbi in Mishha, where a meeting was being held to discuss the municipal elections, NNA field reporter said on Wednesday.
Security apparatuses rushed to the scene and opened investigations in said case. Work is ongoing to arrest the perpetrators. The municipality head said "the message is clear, it targets consensus and aims at fueling strife in the village."
