On 28 Feb 15, the General Security Directorate detained two Syrian nationals on charges of belonging to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). They were detained in the area of Buwaiti in the village of Kfarjoz in the southern province of Nabatieh. The two detainees confessed during investigations of taking part in the fighting in Syria, where they joined the ranks of the Islamic group.
