NNA - Two Palestinian nationals, Ahmad Hisham Kaderi, and Bilal Kamal Issa, have handed themselves in to the Lebanese Army Intelligence in South Lebanon at an army checkpoint in the whereabouts of Ein Helwe refugee camp, NNA field reporter said on Thursday.
