Two men involved in clashes in the Dinnieh town of Asoun that left at least 12 people injured turned themselves in to Lebanese Army Intelligence later that night.
Following a dispute between two brothers, identified as A.J. and Aa.K., and a group of young men in a cafe, A.J. opened fire on the group of men with a hunting rifle.
