أفاد مراسل "النشرة" في زحلة أن "إشكالا وقع في سوبرماركت فيالفرزلبين نقيب فيالجيش اللبنانييلبس لباسا مدنيا وأصحاب المحل ما ادى إلى تدافع وتضارب بالأيدي فطلب النقيب الدعم من فرقة من فوج التدخل التي حضرت على الفور"، مشيراً إلى أن "الاشكال تطور إلى تضارب بالايدي بين الفرقة وعدد من أهالي البلدة ما أدى إلى إصابة شخصين أحدهما مختار الفرزل جوزيف فرح الذي نقل إلى مستشفى اللبناني الفرنسي إلى المعالجة".

من جهته، استنكر رئيس بلدية الرفزل ملحم الغصان في حديث لـ"النشرة" "ما تعرض له أبناء بلدته من ضرب من أفراد الجيش اللبناني"، مشيراً إلى أن "البلدة على مر الأيام إلى جانب الجيش اللبناني وضباطه وأفراده"، مكطالباً بـ"اجراء تحقيق عاجل مع مسبب الاشكال لتبيان الحقيقة".
