وقع أشكال فردي بين نازحين سوريين في بلدة عرسال، أصيب على أثره السوري احمد فايز ممية مواليد 1984 في رجله والسوري محسن بدران 1989 في رجله وظهره، حيث قام الصليب الاحمر اللبناني بنقلهما الى مستشفى الهرمل الحكومي ، وتولت فصيلة عرسال التحقيق بالحادث.
