Intelligence Gathering Section operatives have arrested on Saturday two van drivers suspected of forming a band of kidnapers, rapists and thieves, according to National News Agency correspondents today.
Crimes perpetrated by the said band included robbing Italian tourists at gunpoint near to Baalbeck Hotel of Palmyra, reporters said.
