أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي، أنّ "مفرزة حلبا القضائية أوقفت كلًّا من اللبنانيَين "ر. ن." مواليد عام 1985 و"س. م." من مواليد عام 1989، لوجود مذكرتي توقيف بحقّهما بجرم تهديد بالخطف وزنا.
