A traffic scuffle over a passing priority in the village of Kfarmelki of Akkar, escalated to an exchange of fire which left four wounded, two of whom are seriously injured, NNA field reporter said. 
Security forces duly arrived to the scene in an attempt to put an end to the tension caused by the incident.
