بتاريخي 9 و10/11/2016، تمكن عناصر مفرزة سير الضاحية الجنوبية في وحدة الدرك الاقليمي، من توقيف 3 اشخاص بالجرم المشهود، في أثناء سرقة دراجات آلية في منطقتي اوتوستراد السيد هادي نصرالله ومحلة السمكة في الاوزاعي، وهم كل من:
- ع . م. (مواليد عام 1995، لبناني) (ضبط بحوزته قطعة معدنية تشبه المفتاح)
- ح. ش. (مواليد عام 1997، لبناني)
- م. س. (مواليد عام 2001، لبناني) (قاصر)
وضبط بحوزة الأخيرين مسدس خلبي مع ممشط بداخله طلقة نارية والدراجة الآلية المسروقة.
وقد تبين أن القاصر م.س. مطلوب للقضاء بموجب بلاغ بحث وتحر بجرم سلب.
التحقيق جار بإشراف القضاء المختص".
