Thieves managed to flee with $70,000 worth of cash, computers, and cellphone products in east Lebanon, state media reported.

The National News Agency said that the shop's owner Ghassan Ghusein is a regional agent for Touch mobile network operator in Baalbeck’s town of Deir al-Ahmar in the Bekaa Valley. The identity of the thieves remains unknown.

Ghusein pleaded security forces to uncover the identity of the perpetrators “as the area cannot withstand security breaches."
