كشفت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي، أنّ "بنتيجة الإستقصاءات والتحريات، تمكّنت فصيلة أميون في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي بالتنسيق مع شعبة المعلومات في الكورة، من توقيف "م. ع" من مواليد عام 1987، وذلك بعد ساعة واحدة من سلبه مبلغًا من المال من أحد المواطنين، وضُبط بحوزته المبلغ المسلوب وتمّ إعادته إلى صاحبه".
