الساعة 8.00 من صباح تاريخ 4/09/2017 عثر على المدعوة: دعاء أبو دحلوش (مواليد عام 1998، سورية) جثة على جانب طريق عام بلدة الصويري.

بمعاينتها من قبل الطبيب الشرعي، أفاد بوجود كدمات عدة وجروح من الجهة الخلفية للرأس والكوعين الأيمن والأيسر ونزيف في الدماغ وكسر في عظمة الرأس الخلفية وآخر في الرقبة، حيث تبين أنها جميعها ناتجة عن السقوط والارتطام بأجسام صلبة.

نتيجة المتابعة والرصد الحثيثين، تمكنت شعبة المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي عند الساعة 19.00 من تاريخ 5/9/2017 وفي محلة المرج، من توقيف المشتبه فيه المدعو: ح. أ. (مواليد عام 1984، لبناني) داخل "فان" نوع نيسان.

بالتحقيق معه بناء على اشارة القضاء المختص، اعترف انه وفي أثناء وجود المغدورة معه على متن الـ "فان" وهو متجه نحو مفرق الصويري، وبعد أن أنزل جميع الركاب وبقيت هي بمفردها معه، سألها إن كانت تملك اوراقا ثبوتية قانوينة، فأجابته أن تواجدها في لبنان هو غير شرعي. حينها طلب منها ممارسة الجنس معه، والا فإنه سيسلمها الى القوى الأمنية. فما كان منها إلا ان فتحت باب السيارة التي كانت تسير بسرعة متوسطة، ورمت بنفسها فارتطمت بالأرض، عندها لاذ بالفرار خوفا من توقيفه".
