The Lebanese army also arrested Moumina Khaled Al Abed, of Syrian nationality, for trying to smuggle electronic devices, including 2 internet routers, to militants in Arsal outskirts, and for confessing to her brother's affiliation to ISIS," the Army communiqué added.
