افاد مراسل "النشرة" في حاصبيا ان دورية من فرع المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي مكتب حاصبيا مرجعيون اوقفت السوري م. ا. ح. لوجود خلاصة حكم بحقه بتغريمه 200 الف ليرة لبنانية، وتم تسليمه لمغفر راشيا الفخار.
