A man set himself on fire near the UN refugees center in the northern city of Tripoli, the State-run National News Agency reported. NNA said the man who was identified as Riad Khalaf al-Ziibo, Syrian, poured benzine all over his hands and body and set himself on fire. He was taken to the hospital. Investigations were opened into the incident.
