Kidnappers are demanding a LL20 million ($13,253) to release a 65-year-old Syrian national who was abducted on Sunday in the eastern Bekaa Valley, the state-run National News Agency reported.
Adel Khello filed a missing person's report at Chtaura police station overnight after his father Khalil disappeared from the town of Barr Elias, the NNA said Monday.
The abductors allegedly phoned Adel and demanded LL20 million to release his father.
