وطنية - صدر عن المديرية العامة للامن العام، بيان جاء فيه:

"في إطار متابعة نشاطات المجموعات الارهابية والخلايا النائمة التابعة لها، وبعد عملية رصد دقيقة، اوقفت المديرية العامة للامن العام بناء لاشارة النيابة العامة المختصة، المدعو (ع.م) من الجنسية السورية لتواصله مع جهات ارهابية.

بالتحقيق معه اعترف بإنتمائه الى تنظيم ارهابي من خلال احد قياديي هذا التنظيم السوري "ابو صهيب التلي"، وانه كان يقوم بتزويد هذا الاخير دوريا بتحركات الجيش اللبناني وباقي الاجهزة الامنية، وانه كان ينوي الالتحاق بصفوف هذا التنظيم في جرود عرسال والعمل لصالحه في مجال الاعلام الحربي.

بعد انتهاء التحقيقات معه احيل الى القضاء المختص. والعمل جار لتوقيف باقي الاشخاص المتورطين.
