مكنت مديرية جبل لبنان الاقليمية في أمن الدولة بنتيجة المراقبة، من توقيف اللبناني (م.ح.) في محلة حي فرحات، الذي كان قد اعتدى بالسطو على سيارة القاضية نضال شمس الدين وهي بداخلها بتاريخ 17/6 في الاشرفية.
وتبين خلال التحقيق ضلوعه بسرقات وعمليات سطو عديدة
