State Security has arrested a man who has admitted to defrauding upwards of 20 people, a statement from the agency said Wednesday.
The man, identified as M.A., allegedly organized phony trips and sold fake concert and plane tickets through an office in Ras al-Nabeh called Phoenix. After taking money for his “services,” he disappeared.
Upon investigation, M.A. reportedly admitted to defrauding 22 people.
