"تمكنت المديرية العامة لأمن الدولة من توقيف الفلسطينيين (عبدالله أ.) و (عماد أ.) في مدينة صور - البرج الشمالي، وهما مطلوبان بجرم القيام بعمليات نصب واحتيال على أشخاص سوريين، عن طريق إيهامهم بتأمين سفرهم إلى دول أوروبية وإنجاز معاملاتهم لدى المفوضية العام للأمم المتحدة للاجئين السوريين وإدخال أشخاص إلى لبنان بصورة غير شرعية.
وفي التحقيق معهما، اعترفا بقيامهما بعمليات نصب واحتيال على أشخاص سوريين وطلب مبلغ مالي من أحد الأشخاص اللبنانيين لقاء تأمين سفره إلى إحدى الدول الأجنبية
