State Security arrested a Lebanese national on suspicion of belonging to a terror group.
 
However, it didn’t identify which terror group the man was suspected of joining.
 
The statement, named as Ali Hussein al-Hujeiri was born in Arsal in 1978 and was arrested on October 7.
 
He faced additional charges of fighting with terrorist organizations and carrying out acts of terrorism.
 
Authorities seized radio communication equipment from the suspect.
 
Further investigation revealed that Hujeiri had four warrants out for his arrest.
 
The detainee was taken to the headquarters of State Security for investigations, before being referred to the judiciary.
