The General Directorate of State Security was able to arrest the Syrian (Mohamed H.) after detecting suspicious movements in the city of Zahle, wandering around with identity and documents belonging to a deceased person. 

He was found to be the commander of the "Al-Sakhra Battalion" of the Al-Sham Liberation brigade, nicknamed as abu Qassem al-Bakhaani. He got wounded while participating in the battles in Syria before joining the Saraya Al Sham in Arsal mountains.
