BEIRUT: South Lebanon thieves broke the window of a journalist's car and stole some of his personal belongings, state media reported.
Unknown suspects reportedly used a sharp tool to shatter the left rear window of a parked car in Sidon, which belonged to Future TV reporter Raafat Naim. They made off with a camera and recorder, among other possessions, the National News Agency said.
Naim had been covering a religious ceremony celebrating St. Maroun day in the neighboring Maronite Archdiocese of Sidon, according to the NNA.
