A south Lebanon resident suspected of killing his ex-wife was arrested September 18th after surrendering to authorities.
 
South Lebanon Public Prosecutor Judge Rahif Ramadan ordered Palestinian national Naim Youssef al-Khalidi to be arrested after his former wife, Fatima Khaizaran, was discovered dead on September 17th evening at her house in Sidon’s Haret Saida.
 
Khalidi reportedly handed himself over at the police station in Sidon's Justice Palace, prompting Ramadan to issue a warrant for his arrest and to order further investigations into the case.
