South Lebanon fishermen protest spearfishing ban

South Lebanon fishermen Wednesday blocked the main Sidon-Tyre highway to protest a decision to ban them from spearfishing.
State-run National News Agency said burning tires were used to block the highway near the Sarafand port.
They were protesting a decision by the Agriculture Ministry to ban the use of underwater spearguns.
