South Judicial Police arrested four Syrians working at a cafe near the Lebanese University in Sidon, on suspicion of involvement with Ahmed al-Assir, NNA correspondent reported on Wednesday.
South Police referred the four arrested Syrians to army intelligence for further investigation.
One of the arrested persons named Abdel Nasser A. turned out to be a supporter of al-Assir and was close to him.
Investigations are underway.
