A soldier was lightly wounded Wednesday after being shot by fugitives during a military patrol in northeast Lebanon, a security source told The Daily Star.
The source said that the incident took place in the Hay Mrah neighborhood of Hermel, in the north of the Bekaa Valley.
It added that the patrol was searching for wanted individuals who took part in clashes between two families in the area a couple of weeks ago.
