On october 18, the Lebanese Army seized smuggled fuel oil and equipment to deal with the oil.
An Army patrol combatting smuggling on the Lebanese-Syrian border seized about 40,000 liters of green fuel oil, as well as three pumps, eight tanks of about 50,000 liters each and a number of extended hoses.
