M.Aa allegedly shot R.D, a female friend of his wife’s, with a machine gun inside his house in Tripoli’s al- Zahriya neighborhood. The woman, who was hit in the leg, was subsequently transferred to a hospital. The Internal Security Forces arrested the shooter, confiscated his weapon and started an investigation, according to the NNA. No motive for the shooting was reported.
