On 13 Oct 16, 1916hrs, in Sfeir-Suburbs of Beirut, a family dispute from Al Mcheik escalated into shooting. The assailant , who is in the military, fired shots towards his cousin after inviting him to his parents’ house under the presumption of reconciliation between the two sides. ISF confirmed the incident but didn’t not confirm his death, however the media reported that he was killed instantly.
