فادت المديرية العـامة لقوى الأمـن الداخلي شعبة العلاقات العامة، في بلاغ لها، بأنه "في محلة الاوزاعي، أقدم مجهول يستقل سيارة مستأجرة نوع "كيا سيراتو" على إطلاق النار من سلاح حربي نوع كلاشينكوف على المواطن ر. ح.، من مواليد عام 1993 الذي كان متواجداً داخل سيارته وفر الى جهة مجهولة، نقل على اثرها المغدور الى المستشفى حيث ما لبث ان فارق الحياة".
