BAALBEK, Lebanon: A Lebanese man fatally shot a Syrian man and wounded another in the eastern city of Baalbek Monday.
A security source told The Daily Star that a man identified as F. Zeaitar began shooting as several Syrian nationals in the Sharawneh neighborhood.
